I called on some food blogger friends to pitch in their favorite energy bite recipes, and voila: 47 Blissful Energy Bite Recipes! let's start with chocolatey energy bites! So, since we're all busy and deserve to have access to quick, blissful, nutritious treats like energy bites (aka bliss balls), I thought it would be helpful if I put together a collection for you. All you need to combine the ingredients is a bowl and a spatula, so don’t worry about taking the blender out of the cupboard. It really put my life into perspective.įR: Our community understands the rush of emotions more than anyone. Everybody is scared but there’s also an outpouring of love. There’s all this noise in the background that just has to disappear. I was only trying to help my sister, but the more I researched, the more I knew I had to share this with other people.įR: What emotions and thoughts did you experience when you learned your sister had cancer?ĬA: Until cancer hits you, or a family member, I don’t think anyone understands the emotional trauma that you experience. I was intrigued by what I was learning about algae and soon convinced this was a diet that needed to be followed. I love to research, so I helped her find foods and that’s what prompted me to keep reading. This idea came to me after my younger sister was diagnosed with breast cancer and told by her doctor to eat an alkaline diet. How did your inspiration for Energybits Inc.
